
His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, reviewed in his office at the Emirate's Diwan today, Sunday, the efforts of the General Directorate of Civil Status in the Eastern Province in developing its services provided to beneficiaries, during a reception for the Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Status in the Eastern Province, Ms. Hind bint Fahad Al-Zuwaid, accompanied by several department staff members.
HRH the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province praised the development achieved in services and procedures within the Civil Status sector, emphasizing that the support and attention given to the sector by the wise leadership—may God support it—contributed to elevating service quality, raising performance efficiency, and expanding the scope of e-services. This facilitates transaction processing, enhances beneficiary experience, and aligns with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
Ms. Al-Zuwaid presented to HRH the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province an overview of the Directorate's key operations and work system enhancements. This included expanding digital and field services, streamlining procedures, and raising performance efficiency to facilitate transaction processing and elevate the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
