This project comes in compliance with the directives of His Royal Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province, may Allah protect him, and reflects his continuous commitment to understanding the needs of the region’s residents and enhancing the quality of government services provided to them, to meet the expectations and satisfaction of both citizens and residents.

 

The importance of this project lies in its focus on raising the level of satisfaction among citizens and residents regarding the government services delivered in the region. This is achieved through scientific and systematic measurement standards that help identify strengths to be reinforced and areas for improvement to be developed. The project also serves as a motivational driver for government entities to enhance their performance and deliver services more efficiently and effectively.

 

This ambitious initiative could not have continued without the grace of Allah Almighty, followed by the unwavering support of His Royal Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province and His Deputy, may Allah protect them both. The success of this project also relies on the awareness and engagement of citizens and residents, as well as the active cooperation between government service entities in the Eastern Province and the project teams.
