1. Controls for Publishing Participation Topics
  • Government entities must publish consultation topics and related projects through official, publicly accessible digital channels.
  • Provide accurate and sufficient information about each topic to enable meaningful participation.
  • Comply with national policies such as open data, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks when sharing information.
2. Controls for Enabling Beneficiaries
  • Offer a variety of participation channels (national platforms, email, social media, online forms, etc.).
  • Provide mechanisms for submitting suggestions, opinions, and complaints, with clear follow-up processes.
  • Ensure accessibility for all groups, including seniors, children, persons with disabilities, and others.
  • Use clear, simple, and understandable language across participation channels.
3. Controls for Publishing Participation Results
  • Publish consultation outcomes through official digital channels, including national platforms like “Istitlaa” and “Tafaul.”
  • Clarify the impact of participants’ feedback on final government decisions.
  • Share updates on amended policies, improved services, or new decisions influenced by public input.
4. Compliance With National Legislation
  • Adhere to the Digital Government Policy, Open Data Policy, and Personal Data Protection Policy.
  • Follow all relevant regulations issued by national authorities in data management, cybersecurity, and government processes.
