His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, received Mr. Abdullah bin Saad Al-Ruwais, CEO of the Business Sector at the Social Development Bank, along with several of the bank’s executives, at his office in the Emirate headquarters on Tuesday.
HRH the Deputy Governor emphasized the importance of continuing to support entrepreneurs and small and emerging enterprises. He highlighted the need for integrated efforts among relevant entities to create an environment that fosters the growth of entrepreneurial ventures, strengthens their role in supporting the local economy, and empowers citizens to capitalize on promising opportunities across various sectors.
Al-Ruwais presented an overview of the bank’s efforts to support entrepreneurs and small and emerging enterprises, detailing the financing and development programs designed to empower them and enhance their growth prospects. He also highlighted the "Shoor Dalni" event—organized by the Dalni Business Center in collaboration with the Eastern Province Chamber—which features a select group of consultants and experts providing support and guidance in various specialized fields.
