His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, reviewed the activities of the fifth edition of the “Hajj Without Waste” campaign during his reception today, Wednesday, at his office at the Emirate headquarters, of Mr. Abdul Latif bin Abdullah Al-Rajhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Food Bank “Eta’am,” accompanied by board members and a number of supporting partners.
HRH the Deputy Governor emphasized the importance of initiatives that promote the utilization of surplus food and reduce waste, creating sustainable social and humanitarian impact while strengthening the values of solidarity and social responsibility.
Al-Rajhi presented HRH the Deputy Governor with an overview of the “Hajj Without Waste” campaign, highlighting its efforts to manage surplus food during the Hajj season, its key achievements, and the partnerships that contributed to implementing its programs and initiatives.
