His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, patronized today (Sunday) the Sixth Khobar Pioneers Recognition Ceremony, organized by Roqy Development Association in Khobar at the Kempinski Hotel Al Khobar.
His Royal Highness the Deputy Governor emphasized that development and community service are a shared responsibility that requires integrated efforts among various entities and individuals. He noted that the contributions and experiences of individuals dedicated to giving represent an important part of community development and help create inspiring models that reflect the importance of community participation and contribute to advancing development.
Mahmoud bin Hassan Al Ratoei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Roqy Development Association in Khobar, delivered a speech in which he stated that the patronage of His Royal Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province and the attendance of His Royal Highness the Deputy Governor reflect the continued support and attention extended to various sectors across the Eastern Province, as well as their encouragement of community and development initiatives and the role of organizations and associations in serving the community.
Al Ratoei explained that the Sixth Khobar Pioneers Recognition Ceremony honors a distinguished group of individuals whose contributions and achievements have supported development and community service. He added that the ceremony reflects the Association’s commitment to recognizing individuals who have made a meaningful impact and highlighting inspiring national role models.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Royal Highness the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province honored the Khobar Pioneers and sponsors.
