The Eastern Province Emirate, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Guidance and Counseling at the Ministry of Interior, organized a seminar today (Thursday) at the Emirate headquarters to mark Saudi National Day, titled “The Unification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Foundations, Impact, and Civilizational Message.” The seminar was attended by a number of senior officials and employees of the Emirate.
The seminar aimed to highlight the stages of the Kingdom’s unification, review the foundations upon which the state was built and the impact of unification across various fields, as well as showcase the Kingdom’s civilizational message and its connection to the country’s history and national heritage.
The seminar covered several key themes, including the foundations of the unification process; the journey from the recapture of Riyadh to the establishment of the state; the impact of unification, from territorial unity to the unity of its people; and the Kingdom’s civilizational message and its role in shaping the future. It also reviewed key transformations witnessed by the Kingdom throughout the stages of its founding and development, and the role of national unity in consolidating the foundations of the state and strengthening its civilizational presence.
