His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Hafar Al Batin Chamber at the Governorate’s headquarters to review the Chamber’s activities.
His Royal Highness highlighted the economic and investment potential of Hafar Al Batin Governorate and the growing activity it is witnessing across various sectors. He emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to showcase the governorate’s investment opportunities, particularly those related to the livestock sector, which represents an economically significant sector and strengthens Hafar Al Batin’s position as an important livestock hub. The governorate’s resources, capabilities, and promising opportunities in this field contribute to supporting the national economy and diversifying its sources of growth.
Salman bin Hassan Al-Aqeel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hafar Al Batin Chamber, explained that, by the grace of Allah and with the support of the Kingdom’s wise leadership, as well as the care and attention extended to the Eastern Province by His Royal Highness the Governor, the Hafar Al Batin Chamber has continued to implement its programs and initiatives. These have included organizing economic and investment forums, workshops, and training courses, as well as strengthening partnerships with government and private entities.
He noted that these efforts have contributed to developing the business environment, enhancing national capabilities, supporting entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises, and promoting social responsibility. He affirmed his commitment to ensuring that the Chamber remains an active partner in Hafar Al Batin’s development journey by attracting investment opportunities, empowering young people and preparing them for the labor market, and contributing to building a more prosperous and sustainable local economy. These efforts reflect the aspirations of the Kingdom’s wise leadership and strengthen the governorate’s position as an attractive investment destination.
