His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received today (Monday) at his office in the Emirate headquarters Major General Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Wuthainani, Director of the Eastern Province Police, accompanied by senior officials from the region’s Public Security branches, to review the security efforts undertaken during the Saudi National Day events.
His Royal Highness the Governor emphasized that the integration of efforts and coordination of field operations among security and organizational entities contributed to enhancing readiness and response times, managing vehicle and crowd movement, and improving safety and traffic flow at event locations, contributing to the success of the National Day events.
Major General Al Wuthainani presented an overview of the security and organizational efforts accompanying the National Day events, including security deployment and traffic management plans, as well as arrangements to ensure the readiness of event locations and enhance public safety. He also reviewed coordination between security authorities and relevant entities, along with key field measures to organize and facilitate vehicle movement on roads leading to celebration venues.
The presentation also covered the deployment of security and traffic teams to respond to various situations and the monitoring of compliance with event regulations and requirements, helping ensure the safety of attendees and the smooth delivery of National Day programs and activities.
Major General Al Wuthainani expressed his appreciation to His Royal Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province for his continued attention and follow-up.
