His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received today, Tuesday, at his office at the Governorate’s headquarters, Mr. Abdullah bin Saad Al-Ruwais, Deputy CEO of the Business Sector at the Social Development Bank, accompanied by a number of the Bank’s senior executives.
His Royal Highness emphasized the importance of empowering Saudi men and women to benefit from promising opportunities across various fields, encouraging high-impact initiatives and innovative ideas, and strengthening partnerships that contribute to the development of the entrepreneurship sector. These efforts support the diversification of the local economy, expand opportunities for economic participation, and enhance the contribution of small and emerging enterprises to development.
Al-Ruwais briefed His Royal Highness on the Bank’s key programs and financing and development services in the region, as well as its role in supporting entrepreneurship and small and emerging enterprises and creating opportunities for growth and expansion. He also highlighted the “Shor Delni” event, organized by the Bank’s Dalleni Business Center in partnership with the Eastern Province Chamber. The event aims to provide an integrated support and advisory ecosystem for entrepreneurs, bringing together more than 100 consultants and experts across eight advisory fields, including artificial intelligence, electronic games, and logistics services. These efforts contribute to enhancing the readiness of emerging enterprises for growth and sustainability.
