His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, launched today, Tuesday, at his office at the Emirate headquarters, the “Marasi” residential project, in the presence of Mr. Abdullah bin Abdul Latif Al-Fawzan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Retal Urban Development Company, accompanied by a number of company executives.
HRH the Governor affirmed that providing adequate housing is a key pillar of family stability and quality of life. His Highness noted that the support and attention given by the wise leadership, may Allah protect them, to the housing sector have contributed to increasing homeownership rates and providing diverse housing options that meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families.
His Highness explained that integrated residential projects contribute to creating modern urban environments equipped with essential services and facilities, enhancing quality of life in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to build vibrant and sustainable communities.
Al-Fawzan presented HRH the Governor with an overview of the “Marasi” project and its facilities and services designed to enhance quality of life and meet the aspirations of families, in line with the comprehensive development taking place across the region. He noted that the project includes residential plots and fully serviced residential units designed according to the latest planning standards. It also features the largest central neighborhood park in the Eastern Province, designed as a vibrant recreational space for residents and visitors, hosting various community events and sports activities and promoting the concept of human-centered cities and social cohesion.
