His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dareen and Tarout Island Development Foundation, received in his office at the Emirate's Diwan today, Tuesday, the CEO of the Dareen and Tarout Island Development Foundation, Eng. Ahmed bin Salman Al-Badr.

HRH the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province emphasized the importance of continuing to work according to approved plans and strengthening integration and coordination among relevant entities. This contributes to achieving the foundation's targets and executing qualitative development projects that align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, enhancing the quality of life and preserving the island's historical and heritage identity.

The CEO presented to HRH the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province an overview of the foundation's key efforts, business updates, and accomplishments within the framework of implementing its developmental plans and projects. He also highlighted programs and initiatives aimed at developing Dareen and Tarout Island and leveraging its historical, heritage, economic, and tourism potential—enhancing its position as a promising developmental and tourism destination, achieving sustainable development goals for the island, and reinforcing its status as one of the national destinations of historical and tourism significance.

Al-Badr expressed his thanks and appreciation to HRH the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province for his support and care, confirming that the foundation is moving forward with executing its programs and initiatives.
