His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, on Monday evening offered his condolences and sympathy to Mr. Mahmoud bin Hassan Al-Ratoui, Deputy Mayor of the Eastern Province for Services, following the passing of his brother, during a visit to the family’s home in Al Khobar.
