
His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received in his office at the Emirate's Diwan today, Sunday, the Director of the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) in the Eastern Province, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Yousef, accompanied by several fund leaders.
HRH the Governor of the Eastern Province praised the support and attention the human resources development sector receives from the wise leadership—may God support it. HRH emphasized that investing in human capital, empowering young men and women, and qualifying national cadres represent key pillars for achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. HRH pointed out the importance of continuing to develop programs and initiatives that enhance the readiness of the nation's sons and daughters for the labor market, expand their employment opportunities, raise their efficiency and competitiveness, and strengthen partnerships with various sectors to support sustainable national development.
Al-Yousef presented to HRH the Governor of the Eastern Province an overview of the Fund's key achievements and initiatives, reviewing programs and projects aimed at supporting job localization (Saudization), increasing labor market entry rates, qualifying job seekers for the private sector, and delivering training courses and developmental workshops.
Al-Yousef expressed his thanks and appreciation to HRH the Governor of the Eastern Province for the support and follow-up received by the Fund, praising HRH's interest in programs and initiatives that contribute to qualifying and empowering young men and women and enhancing their labor market opportunities in line with Saudi Vision 2030 targets and market needs.
