HRH Governor of the Eastern Province sponsors the closing ceremony of the "Taste Community Project in Khobar Governorate"

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, sponsored the closing ceremony of the "Taste Community Project in Khobar Governorate," organized by the Saudi Association for Public Taste in partnership with the Eastern Province Development Authority.

HRH the Governor of the Eastern Province emphasized that consolidating public taste values is a shared responsibility that contributes to enhancing the quality of life, raising community awareness, and supporting the creation of more attractive urban environments—aligning with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. It also reinforces the preservation of public facilities, respect for regulations, and positive behaviors in various aspects of life, contributing to creating attractive and sustainable environments in cities and governorates.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Association for Public Taste, Mr. Hani bin Hassan Al-Afaleq, delivered a speech explaining that this closing ceremony crowns diligent efforts aimed at creating a unique experience to make Khobar Governorate an exemplary model in adopting public taste domains that shape the individual's life and society's culture. This achievement supports the Kingdom's targets to include 3 Saudi cities among the top 100 cities in the world on global livability indices.

The CEO of the Association and Secretary-General of the Project's Supreme Committee, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Mahboob, confirmed that the "Taste Community Project" focused on 12 strategic scopes—including urban landscape and parks, mosques, tourism, education, sports, government services, transportation and driving, and entertainment—seeking to enhance quality of life and entrench the culture of public taste in various aspects of daily life.

HRH the Governor of the Eastern Province witnessed the signing of several cooperation agreements between the Association and the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification, the Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), and the Consumer Protection Association, aimed at promoting the culture of public taste in various aspects of life.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, HRH the Governor of the Eastern Province honored the supporting entities and success partners.
