His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Eastern Province Governor, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, and His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, performed the funeral prayer after Asr (afternoon) prayer today, Monday, at Al-Furqan Mosque in Dammam for the martyrs of the Saudi Aramco helicopter crash.
The Eastern Province Governor prayed to Almighty God to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon the martyrs and grant them a place in His spacious Paradise, offering his sincere condolences and sympathies to their families.
His Royal Highness stated: "We ask God Almighty to accept the martyrs in His vast mercy, reward them generously for their sincerity and dedication in the line of duty, grant their families patience and solace, and preserve the security and stability of our nation under its wise leadership."
The prayer was also attended by a number of Royal Highnesses, Excellencies, dignitaries, officials, families of the martyrs, and a crowd of citizens who joined in the funeral proceedings and prayed for the martyrs' forgiveness and mercy.
